I'm not so sure about that. Fair enough if a raft with mesh in already but in a ground bearing slab with strip founds ufh is dearer than radiators, means introducing mesh and increased complexity.
Having said that I do think it is better for low energy homes
I've bought a box too. It does seem tighter cell if that makes sense. Someone else here reccomends it too. If you believe what it says on the tin it's the dogs danglies
Think there are pro brick acid guys now, come round at top out before scaff gets dropped and jet wash with a diluted acid and water mix, then water over the top. Think they were charging 250 a plot round here
Last time I checked I was paying around £28 m2 for standard clear units. Price might have changed since then tbf 33 doesn't sound bad. Check if you need glazing tape as most likely the glazing merchants will have in the factory. Usually if beaded externally it has glazing tape, beaded internally rubber gasket. Probably not always the case though.
Is there not guidance on poison manufacturers which makes clear? Can't you borrow Jeremy's super trap lol.
Seriously though does anyone here worry about rodent damage to airtightness membranes? For such a critical part of the build it is susceptible to damage from them
Im tight myself but being new to this system I just went with a one stop shop and accepted that I probably overpaid a little. I'm happy to start shopping around once I grasp a subject but just wanted this to be all supplied by one firm. My 2 pence!
My manifolds needed irons
25mm to 22mm compression for heating
3/4 to 22mm compression for water.
You just have to go with whatever is on what you're connecting to
