How have they refitted the slates as these two are upside down ....! Look at the nail holes in the circled slates. -

Quickest way is a plastic tea tray sat under it as a condensate tray with a plastic tank fitting glued to a hole in the tray for the output. -

Unico Units are really nice - manufactured in Italy, and are very neat at 16cm thick. https://www.olimpiasplendid.com/download_area?name=Air Conditioners Without Outdoor Unit&id=1105

+1 to this. Recent temperatures have meant that a recent one I did that has 150mm of blown bead in the walls plus 25mm of PUR internally has stayed at a really cool 22c max with no MVHR running. Roof insulation is 200mm of Earthwool plus 25/50mm of PUR and again, its room in roof and has stayed cool. Over the winter, the heating cost via ASHP and UFH was around £40/month.

Earth bonding Copper incoming mains with all plastic internal plumbing

Don't do it... I would leave that stopcock alone, and then clean off the pipe above it with some fine emery paper and add in a full bore lever ball valve. Use that as your isolator, and leave the existing well alone. -
Fencing not obligatory - but worth it ...!! Stops you falling in a ditch or a wagon reversing into your footings (ask me how I know....) Sign in book is especially useful if you have trades on a day rate to validate invoices.

Got a couple of nice Timloc vents that have the required flow rate that I can let you have for a reasonable price ... ?

I checked with FastenMaster a few years back and the standard black are fine - I’ve had some in for 10 years and they are still holding well.
-
I use the Timberlok screws for this but use a corded SDS drill as neither my impact or other driver gets them more than 2/3rds in. Happy with my 152 - it’s been heavily used and still going strong.

Aren’t the efficiencies on these only 3-5% versus 19% for standard panels..??

Non-Standard Front Door & Glazed Sidelight....?

So this is a composite UPVC with a low profile threshold, Ultion high security locks and black outside / white inside. £1450 inc VAT..... I’d say your frame is chunkier than mine ... -
Geberit is head and shoulders above the rest - you’ve struck unlucky as you’ve been provided with a non-UK part as your shower tray supplier isn’t giving you the right info....
-
Wedge some timber or ply shims behind them and nut them up tight.

Manufacturers Instructions. Some of the syphon type shower wastes need a minimum distance before a bend to keep the water flowing and draw it out of the waste
