Anything useful here Nick? https://www.islandpelletstoves.co.uk/balanced-flue-for-wood-stoves/

Don't believe so. You can do a sideways offset and that's about it.

Schiedel Swift Air, it's a block-based system that can either be a self-supporting stack or you can integrate it into brick/ block https://www.schiedel.com/uk/products/ceramic-system-chimneys/swift-air/

System chimney is another option- I went down that route as it takes wind direction out of the equation.

I think the concrete companies/ tile distributors just brand up someone elses' clips etc, supplied in the right thickness. IIRC Northstone took over Scott's operation. I used to be in and out of their QC lab 20-odd years ago doing calibrations and at the time their "paint" coating was massively better than anything else on the market.

Some DNOs (NIE) prefer a front corner position for the meter to assist the readers, you'd have to fight pretty hard to get anything other than A unless you go for a kiosk. -
did you try removing the knob and turning the spindle down farther?

Is the height like that to allow service access to the cistern?

As the real issue is fire protection I'd be looking to solidly building in those voids with block, personally?

I can't C&P from the warranty document but what is *actually* says is "the Product has been installed by a competent person who is suitably qualified to carry out plumbing and electrical work"

as mentioned elsewhere this gap at ceiling level is more of an issue and addressing this will probably make more difference to the acoustics than PB...

I haven't had an airtightness test done yet. But there needs to be a number typed into your design SAP- what was it? -
I bought a s/h dewalt cordless hedge trimmer a few months back and it's very good, just as capable as the petrol one. I've still got a petrol 4-in one for extended reach stuff tho. When I can use all the tools I have already on a cordless power unit them I'm listening...

There's a massive range of TF providers local to us, and while some of them certainly aim at the developer market, none of them do design and kit supply quite the way many of the Scottish firms do. Every job is a one-off and there are plenty of choices within each company as to what insulation and airtightness levels you might choose to aim for.

I'm not a fan of edging, I prefer just to wipe a fillet of grout around the periphery. -

Combi microwave oven? gimmick?
dpmiller replied to Trillip's topic in Kitchen & Household Appliances
We've a turntable-less Panasonic inverter combi- micro/grill/ fan oven, NNCF760. Superb bit of kit- grills and microwaves evenly, and the programs do a great job for pizza and jacket spuds. Warms up quick as an oven too...
