    Some screeners will run ther trowel through the screed on each doorway I always use a plastic screed joint 10 x100 mill Cheap as chips They are just strips of double wall Cut the excess pod afterwards

    We are the same The worst mistake I made was attaching debri netting to the Herras fencing at the front of the plot Great for privacy Also For would be thief’s We took it down after a week

    We have UFH throughout the ground floor I was amazed how small the radiators for upstairs were calculated All single panelled We moved in in December and still not used the first floor heating The UFH is great But think the exstra insulation and airtightness plays a big part

    Quite normal It will be external finishing Ours is next to a listed building Widows doors barge boards porch Style materials Mainly the front elevation They didn’t seem to interested around the back I wouldn’t make to big of a deal of it Even though it is a pain A other hoop that will quickly be ticked off

    Unfortunately the only thing that will stop your grout discolouring is good ventilation The best grout for holding it’s colou is Mapie ive in-line fans in my bathrooms and this clears the steam quickly So should help

    We have a silestone and a acrylic Silestone freestanding looks great Weve not used it yet but it would be a nightmare to keep clean Definitely acrylic for practicality

    I received word yesterday that our utility units have arived in the U.K. Apart from connecting the tap this should be my last plumbing job for our build If there is anything else I’ll pick up the phone Im probably the slowest plumber ever
