Most electrician write on the ends of the wires as they go It’s quite unusual for an electrician to miss anything Certainly on a house

If your going to be using it as a temporary drive He needs to hire a drive on roller It will crush the big stuff like eggs Our hardcore was just like yours I hired a ride on roller 50 quid dropped off at 8 collected at 12 I used a couple of ton of 20 mil to dust to fill in the any. It It was used for van and 20 ton lorrys for twelve months before we paved it I had to use a breaker to put the gate boxes in

Haven’t read the other replies So sorry if I’m duplicating advise If you don’t use insulated plasterboard You will regret it Apart from the loss of heat Excess cracking and nail popping can be a nightmare to deal with

Commercial boxes are nearly always the fast fix plastic Less patching up around them

9 mil is diy and never used on site anymore Probably better 12.5 or15 mil
-
Definitely 5 litres of SBR bonding agent Mixed 5-1 with water Rolled onto the floor Day before if pos 5 mil notched trowel Stanley knife and tape Get the whole room first then roll the matting up running a pencil line along the edge as you take them up So that you can put your adhesive down in narrow sections We normally use a rubber grouting float to flatten it down I put two sections down on ours and my wife did the rest over two afternoons

Just looking at CabDek prices 27 plus vat £9.60 when we built our first one 4 years ago While I’m going traditional again Just wondered how much have TF prices gone up this last year? Are some of the increases being absorbed by the companies? Will they reduce there quote if timber prices plummet ? Just looking on a US site With news of US lumber prices falling by 48% in June Simply because people are able to spend there money on vacations rather than home renovations Could the same happen here ?

I’m just doing the SAP for our next build I e been quite specific about u values of windows and doors Insulation etc and heat pump sizing Just looking at today’s planning approvals The Saps look quite generic with little detail with terms like Insulation conforming to build standards Sap rating 77 C Our previous traditional build achieved 88 B Without ASHP MVRH or PV 77 sounds low I wonder if I’m including unnecessary detail

If it’s a through coloured render you can paint it with K colour enhancer
-
Just more contact with the floor Best way is to put a tile down that isn’t buttered Pull it up and see how much area of the tile is left clean of adhesive Most of the floor tiling we do is car showrooms and hotels A lot of heavy traffic
-
The second baton is fine with a brickwork pattern Just remove the excess adhesive
-
The dry laying is nonsense An easy way for a novice is to fix a Baton to the floor Say half a tile away from the wall Then fix anther baton 90 degrees to the first you will be able to mark where your tiles are going in pencil on the two batons Leave these in till the tiles are solid enough to walk on Then do your edge cuts Your adhesive need to be the thickness of the tile Put a 3 mil coat of adhesive on the back of each tile (Back Butter) Dont use rapid set adhesive
