  1. on the flip side you are effecting them also. It's their land at the end of the day not yours to tell them what you would consider acceptable for them.
  2. horses are not agricultural they are commercial and are of no use to get agg planning.
  3. https://www.fisherpaykel.com/us/dishwashing/contemporary-dishwashers/ never go back.
  4. https://www.festool.co.uk/products/sawing/cordless-insulating-material-saw/574820---isc-240-li5,2-eb-plus-gb with a good vac attached.
  5. i disagree, separate rings are pointless. It's all T'd of the same main. All I can tell you is 22mm ring pressure = good. 15mm ring pressure = bad.
  6. the idea is not to pocket 4 doors, 1 each side and hinge the second pair open to give pretty much full width.
  7. talk to your chippy he will explain it better.
  8. theres a stud either side which would work, would take the majority of the door.
  9. that site is costing me a bloody fortune! I keep finding details and think ooh i like that, and that etc etc and before you know it you are doubled the 2nd fix cost! Some amazing stuff on it but where do you stop!
  10. i always have 32mm connection, who doesn't want more pressure, and its same price to supply. The water ring is in 22mm with short 15mm spurs to the taps. Noticeably better when shower(s) are being used and a bog is flushed/washing machine on etc. Just have a to re-train moron plumbers out of using 15mm for everything as it saves them 50 quid on the whole build.
  11. repoint the whole wall, wouldnt cost too much and it would blend it in.
  12. how come ?
  13. pocket doors. the door each side slides into the wall, the remaining inner leafs can then be opened as normal. Means some minor studwork changes either side, half a days work for a chippy.
  14. try these guys, register for a trade account and get a big discount. https://www.lightingforgardens.com/

  16. just take the scaff board up if it tight
  17. no offence but it looks like a Lidl entrance.
  18. just looked at the prices. what a rip off. double the price of a normal plot. someone is making a shedload of cash.
  19. is this a house or a bungalow ?
  20. ah the non temporary bodge method of leaving a white box on a post. no thanks.
  21. so how you get the mains supply cable out of the hockey stick so you can put the recessed meter box in and then re-thread the cable through the stick and into the box?
  22. you need an earth spike in the ground for the temp supply or they wont connect it. Western power rule.
  23. you can build over it and self cert the job, at least for Severn Trent.
  24. Ive had dry verge also on last 2 builds, it looks so much smarter i think, not to mention zero maintenance. https://klober.co.uk/product/pitched-roofing/dry-verge-and-valleys/uni-line-continuous-dry-verge-t-strip
