I bought dozens of boxes of nails via Gumtree at half or more the screwfix price. did suspect that some had questionable provenance as most sellers were building guys living in ordinary houses...some boxes *might* have been liberated from whatever site

Doesn’t answer directly but might help... ” If a bathroom or kitchen is to be provided in a room where there wasn't one before, building regulations approval is likely to be required to ensure that the room will have adequate ventilation and drainage, and meet requirements in respect of structural stability, electrical and fire safety.” from https://www.planningportal.co.uk/info/200130/common_projects/34/kitchens_and_bathrooms/3 if you avoid a sink (drainage) and a cooker (gas/electrical) you might be fine. All that said I employ home personal assistants and they have a sleepover room with desk TV bed etc but use the main kitchen. im fact cooking is one activity that can be inclusive for the carer and looked after person to participate in Also I encourage my guys to cook proper food from fresh in bulk and batch freeze. Dont know the set up with your dad but my folks have plenty spare time to plan, ship, cook etc

Why not copy next doors exactly? it will look better, it’s bigger and you *might *be able to use the party wall and foundations although I don’t know if this is doable Thats if your window upstairs is not too low to follow that roofline

When the copy is better than the original brand name
Tennentslager posted a topic in Boffin's Corner
Favoured by kids and red wine drinkers everywhere are the newest cute potato powder snacks Pombears or even Pom-Bear! However as in the Makita v Workzone or Bosch v Titan tool stakes we have a new entrant to the salty snack monopoly dominated by KP foods... Arise Teddy Faces from Teutonic discounters ALDIIn a cunningly different but well *similar* pack, the Snackrite design team won’t fool the kids but.... taste test results are in! and the cheapos are better in every way but does how does one construct a taste test challenge when the fuckers are different shapes...and you should not waste pricy Rioja on small people as it’s bad economics And might be illegal (not in Scotland where you can give wine to 7 year olds) in some countries in the UK. in this unscientific trial the winner is the big bear faces...well done ALDI! -

If you move to glorious Scotia all will be well...no meters for domestic property here. If you have a hairdressers in Possilpark though you will have a friendly plumber who will fit the meter bypass tube for 9 months of the year in exchange for the wife getting a free Brazilian for his birthday ? Note to editors Possilpark is a lovely district to the north of Glasgow famous for a ancient meteor strike which created Possil Loch, a haven for wildlife and visited by Charles Darwin in his tours before he wrote that book. Also known as an area of multiple deprivation. A Brazilian is of course a native of the South American country who may or may not be fluent in Portuguese but also used colloquially to refer to the shape of *cut* a lady may employ in the *lets get it off cos it’s his birthday * area below the waist. Further note. in Possil (short for Possilpark) the beauticians have a cartoon drawing...unfolded on A4 paper and displayed privately to ensure the customer and the therapist are on the same page pre waxing. This is due to previous violent repercussions after misunderstandings between a Californian and a Brazilian... not the look one requests resulting in much dissatisfaction ??? Sorry boss, serious question but it is Friday ?
