HI I have the 255l twin coil no problems, immersion in perfect place to run diverter. 50mm Pir on top of cylinder and bubble foil jacket virtually no noticeable heat loss.

One way to prove system is circulating would be to connect a standard washing machine hose on to the drain valves at the end of manifold making sure no air is left in hose before switching on! This would be like adding a short loop on the manifold but would show up if the main pipe work is airlocked or the loops.

This highly reflective vapour control layer enhances the thermal performance of walls, ceilings and floors when installed with the foil facing into a still airspace. The Protect VC Foil Ultra vapour control later helps to achieve a low overall U-value as part of the wall build up.

My thoughts are from your SAP layer 5 and 6 should be swapped so the ultra foil is on top of quinntherm and faces into the service cavity to produce best results.
