if you're savvy electronically, you might open it up and see if you can ascertain the offending board area or component; a blob of silicone might well damp the culprit.
230kg sounds like an awful lot, is this a Conder with a steel frame underneath? I don't think our Solido would've been over 100kg. We used out 2.7t machine to install it, but there's no way it would've had the reach to lift it off a wagon.
I wouldn't expect it to immediately start doing things if it's already at elevated temperatures. Change the settings and monitor it tomorrow on heat-up.
At 70c you must have a tempering valve on your tank to protect users, so why not just increase store temp to 80c or more?

all our controls and the secondary pump come off a different supply. Even if the ASHP was to expire and need to be isolated, we can heat the whole house either by immersion or boiler stove. Indeed even during a power failure everything bar the immersion can happily run off an inverter if needs be.
