use a rest bend at the head of the run and a swept T (not a normal T) for the second one.

you could not have the top flasing but it wont look very good as there is no support to kick the tiles up so they wouldnt line up with the tiles either side. Definitely need side flashing though.

LPA ignores '8-week or agree timescale' rule?
Dave Jones replied to Alan Ambrose's topic in Planning Permission
from some of the appeals ive read, non determination is not a bad route. The inspector forces the council to respond to the application. Can also ask for costs. -
we all know there are crap builders. Saw next door timber frame being plumbed with window packers under the soul plate. it was still not finished after we moved in. total waste of money for no reason. Lets see how all these cowboys get on with the new regs. No photo's of all the key build elements, geo tagged, to evidence good workmanship. No completion cert. Will be very interesting.

this is how im doing ours to climate the massive cold bridging issue, albeit with permiter upstand as well. Using marmox as the outer skin as they wont be seen (level threshold).

what sort of tiles are on the roof ? Probably quicker and cheaper to just add a bunch of tile vents both sides of the roof.

ok for small quantity, for footings you want all the cube as fast as possible to the correct mix.
