Update. Received letter from National DIY VAT Team yesterday, outlining they have received my documents and now hope to deal with the claim in 6 weeks. That took 5 months!

Our MVHR supplier provided a unit based on the floor area of our new build, not the volume and with many vaulted and high ceilings really did not meet the requirements to pass building regs. However a solution was found to satisfy building control and it works fine.

This is the solution. Our local farmer had scissor lift and tele handler and helped remove large steel frame Agri shed for us. Then digger to remove existing concrete pad before starting to level the site.

What pitch is the roof? It can have an effect on centre pivot windows. You could ask Velux if some stronger friction springs are available.
