If you put it on silicon it will rock Especially on a timber floor I’ve tiled and paneled around lots of trays that have relied on what’s on the walls to hold it in place Spend a tenner on some tile adhesive and do it once

England has lowest quality of housing vs rest of Europe
nod replied to Alan Ambrose's topic in Research Resources
It’s not complicated These people are coming through many safe countries Hell bent on getting to the UK Its shocking driving from the tunnel through France with hundreds of migrants living in the bushes A bowl of soup and a tent if there lucky When they arrive here Illegally They have hit the jackpot There given somewhere to live food and money Until the benefits system is change The UK will be the first choice destination We enough of our own who play the system -

But yet migrants are still making a B line for the UK Worst housing Best benefits system I find headlines like this ironic Visit France and see all the migrants camped by the roadside -
First electric cars now gas boilers I think only the most optimistic thought has boilers would be banned from new homes by 2025 How likely is 2035
-
Yes told only just big enough One quote wanted to put two units in Yes our previous build connections where cheap All under a 1000 Unfortunately we have to close a road this time
-
Just paid 5k for an electric connection Presume gas would be the same 5k to the pump guys for a 14 kw mits Make a change from paying extra for things
-
I’ve just been informed that the grant has been increased to £7500 Which makes it vertically free if was to take out the 5k it would cost for bringing gas into the house
-
Go for it Speaking to plumbers and gas fitters on site Hardly any know anything about HPs

Project Management - 1 page agreement with PM
nod replied to JennyF's topic in Project & Site Management
No experience of a project manager But if your paying him to do this He should run things like a larger site Land on site Bring your CSCS card and a copy of your public liability and check that they have there own PPE Getting contractors to follow HSE on a one off build is difficult
