Unfortunately we never see the customer BUT I spent three weeks restoring the mouldings to a large ceiling in the Littlewoods building in Liverpool (Listed) I went for some lunch and came back to find my tools and radio buried under the collapsed ceiling Polish demolition crew had been given permission to rip down a ceiling that was beyond repair 3rd floor As you know in England we don’t count the bottom floor as 1st 😁 -

It’s all good But a long way off no gas boilers in new builds by 2025 that many on here where convinced would happen Totally unrealistic Wonder how many of the new pledges will actually happen I suspect the ones that bring in more tax revenue I -
I have a gas blower that I’ve set on the ground floor well away from the the plaster That I switch on for ten minutes before each mix We are currently plastering a site for WD Last year they correctly stated 4 and residing outside temperature This year they have revised this to 2 above INTERNAL temperature No heaters allowed H&S 😂We are adding excel orator to each mix Would I do this on my own house Absolutely not The problem isn’t so much now It’s a couple of months down the line when the heating goes on Getting back to yours Get the internal temperature up to 5+ and you will be fine

Heat Pumps work when installed correctly...
nod replied to Marvin's topic in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
The company that is fitting ours doesn’t fit retrospectively now They have been going 25 years and said the majority of retro fits are expecting bills to be significantly reduced which isn’t possible with rads and poor insulation levels We will be happy with similar running costs to our gas boiler He said that's realistic Time will tell I pointed out that BG are guaranteeing a reduction in bills He said that he doesn’t know how that can be possible while electric is so much more expensive than gas
