I pay £20 a month to Three just now on a rolling month SIM only contract but am restricted to 600 minutes per month. If I had unlimited minutes that would be a benefit to me (since I once ended up paying them £92 when I went over my allowance unknowingly!). The rest is as per my existing contract. Time to replace the fixed line broadband ? http://www.three.co.uk/Store/SIM/Plans_for_phones I've now swapped to this. The only difference (apart from benefiting from unlimited minutes) is that I am now locked in for 12 months instead of a month. That's ok though as I am not planning on changing network providers. Thanks for the reminder. I saw the deal advertised yesterday but your message prompted me to call and swap.

Sue B
I saw a mention of Homebase further up - this may be of use to anyone in South East Dorset. The Homebase Store on the Mallard retail park is a clearance outlet. Not sure how long it will last there and stock is variable due to the nature of the place. https://www.homebase.co.uk/clearance-outlet-stores

Ed Davies
Lidl 1 kg powder extinguishers, £8.99. Decent but not stunning price, but if you're like me and have been meaning to get some since the thread about them last autumn but not quite got round to it it'd be a good prod to actually do it. Got two this afternoon, one to live in the house I'm staying in and one in the van for possible use on site or maybe other circumstances.
