Congratulations ..! I’d start at the top of the Weber colour chart ..! https://www.uk.weber/colour-charts/weberpral-m

That’s from a picture on a Harvey softener that states it needs to. The minimax is made by Harvey anyway - worth checking with them ..?

Are all the green LEDs saying lit on the control panel ..?? -
So all the ones I’ve seen installed, the regen goes to drain with an air gap but the overflow pipe has to go external. Are you putting both into the drain ..??
-
But you have to get them through the wall and join them when they change direction so you will introduce a leak. Is this a render finish ..?? What about colour matching (powder coat) your downpipes to match the walls ..??

What make model is it ..?

Downpipes during heavy rain are very noisy. They would have to be a one piece for me with no joins and sealed very well. Also produces a huge cold bridge.
-
Would need to check as from memory there has to be the air gap and I don’t think the self sealing ones meet that - gap is measured from the lip of the tundish to the bottom of the inlet pipe.
-
Look it up on the web ..? These things aren’t difficult to install.

Cost of moving a neighbour's phone line

BCO won’t know - start with the power distribution company. Location will help to identify which one to talk to. It is perfectly possibly to get planning for houses that cannot be built, either for structural reasons or because of environmental reasons so don’t take it that just because a house has planning that you can actually complete it ..!! -
That installation as it is breaches water bylaws as you don’t have the necessary air breaks between the drain and a potable water supply. Suggest an RTFM on the water softener install and then put HepVo or similar plus correct tundish. Has to be an open tundish from memory as it must allow the drain to overflow and not contaminate the water supply hose.

Any opinions / thoughts on STYROFOAM™ for insulation detailing.

Why not use PIR..? Tissue faced one side would work. -
Is this all exposed or internal ..?? And is it all boxed in as you’ve got access points on the shower runs ..? Also worth having a look at BSEN12056 which has some better descriptive layouts, but if you can rework the outlets into swept tees you’ll save money and have a better running system in my experience.

An internal filter box is a good idea as it’s a larger area and easier to clean out. -
50mm would do in this case - just get it down to solid ground.
-
Need to take some more out and get a hardcore base in or it will settle.
-
Hardcore first then 25mm EPS.

Quick brush and crack on.

I take it you’ve read this as a start point..?? https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/442889/BR_PDF_AD_H_2015.pdf I don’t like opposing soil stacks and those would have to be full swept connections to stop cross flow. The flush may also cause your baths /showers to pull past the water seals as the waste from the WCs drop. I would make one or the other of those the other way up, and put the WC connections offset and below the floor - possibly the left one. Then use the baths/showers to flush it through regularly.

Not unless you have a combined sewer as you can’t put rainwater and kitchen outlets into to the same system. Fit gutter hedgehogs to the gutters and first 6” of the down pipe and that sorts the problem. Clean them once a year ..!
-
Wren learned from Magnet, they have been at it for so many years..!! I had a Magnet trade account, went in with a friend who was looking at a kitchen and they priced it at about £18k. I went back in after they left and they offered me the same kitchen for £8k... trade ..! Week later I got a call for same kitchen at £6k, you can tell how much margin they make ...

May not be a problem then but it says substation. On a separate note, have you checked there are no large cables running under the plot as the substation is nearby..?? -

Is that a substation at the bottom of the garden of 27b..?? If so, it’s may be a non starter for an over sailing wire as a telco line cannot pass over power infrastructure in that way. They can’t pull the catenary safely.
