Retired Feminist Roofer: too delicious

Did he get his felt? -
Don't you prefer @Onoff‘s MVHR bong idea?

Didn’t it used to be called a ‘Building Society’? Before they all became Parasite Societys

You would be a fool to give any credence to their offer at this stage. Lots can happen in 2 years. If you’re happy to rent to them for 2 years you should. If not, then don’t. Don't make a convenient decision for yourself (2 years rent) and frame it as though it’s someone else’s fault that it didn’t turn out as you dreamed it should in 2 years time. That, I’m afraid is the harsh reality.

Liked apart from the bit about tenants. If Dave wants to sell then sell but that ain’t working so he likes having the tenant’s rent coming in. If Dave wants to rent it out then rent it out but don’t blame the tenants for whatever comes down the line. The landlord is supposed to be the professional here. (the only landlord I like is served in pints and is brewed by Tim Taylor)

IIRC, very easy to squeeze which is useful if you have weak wrists.

Right, I've started doing some research and comparing the screwfix and ffx kits at approx the same price, £220 vs £223 Screwfix is a DHP453 and DTD146 whilst FFX is a DHP482 and DTD152. From here and here, it suggests the ffx deal might be slightly better value. Although probably negligible difference for evening and weekend warriors.

Excellent, another design area I've completely jeffed up.

That’s just a mistake not a deliberate one. Does everyone notice these last 3 handleless kitchen images are surfaces that shouldn’t show fingerprints?
-
Exactly thats how it should look. I got told at the time we could have the rails or the drawers but not both
-
No Disappointed by you The oven carcasses are not handleless. Deliberate choice of utility over design so we could get the bottom drawers in that Alno style. The drawers should have handles but don’t.

Didnt happen last night. That’s exactly how it works. The problems is finding the correct fit and profile. What I can see happening is that something else won’t fit so I have to change that, and then another thing and then another thing and before I know it I’ll have had to replumb the entire f*****g thing. its working at the moment so don’t jinx it.

I had been away for the weekend and back to civilisation today. I may whip it out later. i am now needing a very thin washer of that type to fit the white waste pipe, presumably 38/40mm whatever it’s supposed to be. To be honest the grey pipe work barely fits on the waste pipe so wonder how these are supposed to be fitted. The grey compression bit barely moves 30mm up the pipe. It’s like that pipe has been tapered. The sink so presumably the waste trap too is a rangemaster Atlantic kube I think.
