Some (cheap?) stainless screws can be a bit soft and where the bit fits round off easily. Then a pig to get them out if you need to.

23 to 56 now whereas it used to go to 68 wasn't it?

Funnily enough a mate of a mate, wanting to do similar as my bathroom thinks I've gone OTT putting 150mm pir + 25mm eps in my floor. He's planning "50mm eps then 2" screed with UFH". Aside from the heat losses I told him the screed is too thin.

Also a consideration is having the correct "band" aerial. As in Band A, B etc. You might be lucky enough and get away with a "WB", wide band aerial depending on the distance to the transmitter. This is the place for info and help: https://www.aerialsandtv.com/

Good job. False economy trying to fix old pipes...as I found out. Theres a certain satisfaction knowing everything's new and leak free! -

If you do have 3 phase coming in can't you fit a higher capacity PV system so as not to be limited to the <4kW? There was a while back a call by some of the DNOs to try and make 3 phase to all new homes mandatory.

Should I buy this autofeed screwdriver for plasterboard?

Cheap seats here with my Lidl Parkside drywall gun. Can't fault it: -
Had a similar, cold reveal here. Ours was just painted render not plaster. Though I can't do anything about the window all the draughts have stopped. No condensation on the reveal either.

What you need I think is a Sun tracking recliner sat on a turntable within a Sageglass glazed greenhouse with MVHR. -

Pretty sure the 120VAC requirement if nothing else might thwart you! -
I have heard they tend to let the grass grow under their feet.

Cheers. The belt here comes off the (same?) pulley directly above the gearbox. I tried adding the M12 stainless bolt that nigh on sits against the pulley flange with maybe an 1/8" clearance if that. Somehow though it still comes off! Added pita then of removing the bolt to change the belt. Yours btw looks in excellent nick. The grass box flails slide onto a long box section and that can rot. Its 1" box section not 25mm. Got a few lengths here if ever you need any.

@Olly P, as I said same T1200 mower as mine. I got given it, a bit rough as an "if you can get it going" thing and have spent a few quid. Had it going until the brake assembly seized but hope to have that sorted within the next week or so. One bug is that the belt jumps off pretty often when putting it into reverse. This even with a new belt. Can I maybe ask a favour? This pic is of the underside looking towards the front. The pulley on the far left is on the engine shaft. Is your belt on the bottom groove like mine or the higher one? Maybe you can check just by feeling. Could I suppose be the tensioner... As an aside I have the service manual and parts list that Westwood kindly sent me as PDFs. Not the best quality as scans but if you want a copy PM me your email. Cheers

My son just has a chuckle whilst we were going through the box with the sliding gate motor, controls, photocells etc. 2010 I bought the kit...

Or, hope against hope, that it's a genuine site and they don't take the money until the goods are shipped! ?

Interesting ref my £59.95 3D printer. The "sale" seems perpetually "on". Go to the site and there'll be "only 6 left with 289 watching". The next day it'll be "11 left with 144 watching ". They haven't taken the money.....yet.

You may need the MK grid plate too if looking to change the duff DP grid switch from CED to MK and of course a second MK DP switch to match. It's good practice (as in it's in the electricians guides to building regs) for future reference, to have 100mm clear from the underside of a socket to say worktop (or in this case pipe) so the cable coming out of the plugtop is not unduly bent.

I have a bottomless hole in the ground with a dubious top on it. If I was to install a treatment plant the obvious place would be beyond the pit, further down the garden. It'd mean the pipe run to the new plant crossing the old pit so I'd have to be very careful when back filling.

So where does all the stuff from the pot holes end up is what I want to know!
