  1. I have never plumbed a quooker tap but is it not supposed to be connected to the copper pipe? It looks awful really, get them back ASAP.
  2. Some integrated dishwashers don’t have a kit, but should have instructions, which 4 or 6 screws you remove holding the door inner panel and replace them with longer (supplied) screws that go through the door and into your front panel, some can be a pain to line up tho. (Not heard of that make tho!).
  3. Yes these are standard braces, you will have to wriggle your noggin in and screw in from the backs .then screw plasterboard to it/them.

    Ah bum !

I might tend to peel any paint off that’s not stuck, loads of paint on the plaster (many coats) which you can then sand back to match the sprayed paint, them maybe a mist coat sprayed on to blend it in..

    Help

I,m with @MikeGrahamT21 above, where is the damp course?, is the outside ground 150mm below damp course, that brickwork looks sodden!.
  19. Yes I would. It also means the other tiles remain flat as it’s a constant level to work from.
  20. You’re tiles, like slates rely on double overlap to carry water that gets between tiles/slates as they have no “joint” between them. The bottom row of half tiles should be cut at an angle so they are under the bottom valley tile “joins” but some rely on lead instead/as well.
  21. Welcome Kes to THE forum, well like you I did renovations for years before my own self build only took 45 years of waiting ?.
  22. But aren’t we trading under WTO rules with others anyway? And the EU pay that tariff fir our stuff.
