Standard for a tap is 35mm. Sounds like a decent company to be asking you for model numbers, so they can make sure they have them in the CNC machine.
-
Thats fair enough. The best one i saw was Peter Stringfellow's sink falling through his unit while he was being filmed for Come dine for me. Lot of weight in a sink when filled with water. In 20 years the clips always went in the bin.

Second image. The first one will trap water on the visible stainless steel edge, and be a total pain to keep clean. The worktop fitters should do you a small overhang if thats what you want. Most stone firms have the sinks cut out by CNC machines, so if the sink is in the computer, it is simple template size -

Can i ask why there were not happy. The only sinks i have ever seen fall off are the ones held up under stone on those poxy little clips.

I would suggest not using a shower tray. Way too slippy for a dog. If they put a joint out it won't be fun for them, or you with the vet bill.
-
P.S. get the back of that sink unit out or you are never gonna get the tap connected.

Been there a thousand times. Used to own a kitchen company..... First you need to cut out most of the front bar . If you have got 20mm doors ? you will want a 30mm overhang on the worktop. You need the drop of the bowl to be between 70 and 100 mm from the front of the worktop. Anymore, and you will be reaching, and bending into the sink. Cut away the front bar to 30mm, then use a router to rebate the sides, and what remains of the front bar. Drop the sink in, on silicon, and aim to get it flush with the top of the cab. The sink will be fully supported by the sides of the cab, so no bar underneath required. IMO, get the stone top overhanging the drop of the bowl by 5mm.

Trif job, and the alcove colour change mood lighting to get that model in the mood.

Or astroturf

Exactly, and the shower is to wash the wellies.

Great looking cat. If wall is damp, render will blow.

Right you lot. I told planning (who are a pain in the butt) that it's a shed. So it is not a Villa, Cabin, or 1 bed house. It's a bloody shed. Just happens to be a posh shed OK.
-
Looks bloody good to me. Just that bit on the top right hand corner of the window. (Well somebody had to point it out)
-
Gav-P is right though. When you are in the shower washing your bits, you will wish you had sorted it.
-
It an internal door within the shed you tart Ferd. Leading to the, every shed should have One, shower room.
-
I know i don't help, but i kin hate tiling. Good luck.

Bloody love that. Just needs a coat of paint.I can imagine sitting in that, in a shagged out old armchair, reading a good book. Even better, writing a good book. A good British crime caper. It would then get picked up by Guy Richie. Made into a film...... I could then buy a bigger shed...

Had some scraps of oak around, so used it inside. The only thing is it's a lot of different colours. Not sure if to leave it, and just varnish. Stain it then varnish, or just paint it white? It is only a shed. Flooring and blinds next.

Undertaking what you have done with a young family is brave, and perhaps a little mad. Congratulations, to you and your wife. Enjoy your home, and family for many years. Well done.

The embossed surface makes it look strange. However if you saw it on three houses, it would look normal. It's a bit like a modern building. On it's own it might look a bit odd, but stick 3 or 4 of them in a road, and they no longer look strange.

I can't help i'm afraid, but i do know of Two people in london who were refused a crossover. The reason given was that there was not enough public parking in the street. Now both couples said "Well we park Two cars on the street, which we will be able to park off road, on the drive, and will therefore be be reducing the street parking by One car, but will be getting Two cars off the Street. Both couples had different councils, and both refused.

I would do the roof in wood i beams if it were me. They would span that width no problem. I have used them on extensions for years. So much better than the crappy timber available to buy these days.

The only other thing i would add, is if you are having a waste disposal unit in say a sink and a half. I always run the waste disposal on it's own 40mm waste until it get to the 110mm. The reason for this, is that having fitted hundreds of kitchens over the years, if something is going to block, it will be the waste disposal, due to not having enough water run through them. While you are waiting to sort out the blocked waste, you can atleast continue to use the sink.
