His labour should be zero rated on new residential work The plant you can’t claim the vat back He can So doesn’t need to charge you -
Building the fitted wardrobes may be delayed for a few hours My wife has just shown me a picture in Lancashire life and asked if I could alter the lighting coffer over the kitchen Island So I’ve just to take it down slightly At least I hadn’t finished building it up Again that the beauty of MF as aposed to Timber Ive also moved the bathroom walls three times now One is back were we started Deep breaths

Yep A friend of ours bought a house with a big garden and the vendor wanted a clause in it That should he ever sell part of the garden They would be entitled to 20% of the sale price
-
Clause 4 is real solicitor speak its the same close as we refused to sign eighteen months ago Our neighbour wanted to insist on a covenant restricting us from having more than one van I have two already and insisted we park the vehicles around the back of the house They park at the front Our solicitors advise was that covenants are very binding Even one sided ones Once they are on the deeds and we could find ourselfs having to ask permissions from new neighbors Should these ones move house We called there bluff and pulled out at the last minute Tge estate agent got involved and pointed out to the vendor that no developer would agree any kind of restrictions They reluctantly relented Oh they also insisted on heaveyly frosted glass looking out to there side Including our orangery We’ve put clear in
-
Yep all easy to do at this stage I think we’ve all had those moments when we wished we’d just done something while we had access I’m having one at the moment Doing a bit of pointing up in the roof space After I’ve boarded?

Sounds like a good quote

I put a continuous line of hi load dpc right around the perimeter Sat the beams on then folded it over the ends and onto the block floor and laid my first course of block on it Worked out ok for me
-
It wouldn’t hurt
-
There so heavy that mortar wouldn’t make any difference also you will need dpc under each or a continuous line of dpc like I did

HSE can walk on at anytime But the reality is if you are off the beaten track You will only see HSE if something bad happens I was tempted to buy scaffold like many on here and simply sell it on when I had finished with it A friend who owns a small scaffold company advised me that I would get a visit As I’m across from a new development So I got his lads to scaf the whole house Hi
