If that is ALL the insulation you are fitting on a (assumed) un insulated floor, then the electric UFH will be very ineffective and very expensive to heat as a huge proportion of the electricity used will just be heating the under floor space. Most people consider a minimum of 100mm thick PIR type insulation to be required. And in any event electric UFH is probably the most expensive way to heat a room, and no means to repair a fault in the heating mat if one occurs.

At probably £200 per pump out, it would soon be cheaper to do it properly.

Looks like the cheap gold plating has failed. Wrap the replacement in self amalgamating tape, and honestly a bit of vaseline smeared on the connector pins before engaging keeps water out. (I do this on boat connections)

Why not build or buy a composing toilet so it is only grey waste water you have to deal with?

With 12kW of solar and planning to add another 8, that will be 20kW. To sensibly self use all of that you need battery storage. I hope that is in your plan. As already noted the issue is for some reason your house needs a lot of heat. What size is your ASHP and what did the heat loss calculations before deciding what size ASHP say? And how is the heat delivered? Radiators or UFH. £1000 per month electricity bill would make me sit up and think where can I better spend £1000? Lots more insulation perhaps?

Seriously consider running the insulation and air tightness following the roof line. It won't use much more insulation but it will be a lot easier to do and will give you a warm loft. This traditional way of having a cold loft, takes a lot of detailing to get it right. EVERY penetration through your ceiling level vapour membrane needs sealing properly. There will be penetrations for cables to light switches, light fittings (heaven help you if you want downlights in the bathroom) and pipes e.g stack pipe and any ventilation fans or even MVHR. Get ONE of those detailed badly and there is your route for warm vapour to get to the loft. And that is before you even think about the loft hatch.
