Radioactivity for me. A glass of something potent then just lose myself in it. Computer Love another favourite. Huge regret never having seen them live ðŸ˜

Pun intended but aren't there links between Neff & Bosch? As in they're the same company? I'd expect parts crossover.

Gave up on trying to fix the old Electra Elecheib induction hob and bought a Bosch. No problem there. The old hob was fed from a length of 4mm² butyl. The new Bosch can be fed from one or two phases. It comes with a length of this cable: So they are suggesting to use this length of cable for single phase operation and just wire the cables in parallel. However....up top in the terminal box are two brass links. Doing nothing, just sat in a "made for it" plastic slot. They look to be about 4mm². There is however no reference to them in the manual? I can see no reason why I can't use the original 4mm² cable and then use the links in the terminal box to link 2+3 and 4+5. I can't fathom why they include the links but don't mention them?

Pressurise inside then sprinkle talcum powder up top?
-
Right...new plan! Fill the basement with water and pressurise it. Then stand up top and see where it comes out. Or cannabis smoke and get a friendly sniffer dog to pop round...

Running between wall and gate post, getting into hollow post through the fixing holes?
-
Is it a hollow post? Top sealed? Any holes?
-
Did you ever have any temporary services like water, drainage or electric penetrating the "roof" that were cut off.
-
Is there a gate post? Bolted to the wall I assume rather than into the ground.
-
Water could be running down the side of that embedded bit.

Plenty of videos on using them on YouTube. You are in a minority not using them tbh. -

Well...first you remove the wire insulation to the depth indicated on the back of WAGO... 😉 -
It's available from various places but why? https://quickbit.co.uk/16mm-5-core-swa-cable-per-metre/ Better to run 4-core 16mm² and a separate CPC (earth) if exporting but again why, just rod the outbuilding. Whatever, run it in a duct.
