Definitely Get up to chamber and get your joists in and floors And the Brickies will build the inside off the deck If your using cabba or Egger floor boards Most have a peel off shield to protect till watertight -
As previously stated we have a loan machine that you simply feed the foundation design into The screen follow screen Well there’s a bit more to it than that I needed to Topo guy to build a model to feed into the machine Using the SE foundation design Worked a treat on the main house But due to a nearby hedge BC vaulted the pour of the workshop-office foundation til I had a separate SE drawing Yesterday My wife who isn’t a fan of relying on Technology went up with her tape to check everything Falling flat on her back in the slippery footings Sorry no pics 😁 Verdict House is perfect I couldn’t stop myself from a told you so moment Then the Workshop Im 1100 to narrow and 1700 to short Somewhere between the two professionals and me a mistake has been made BC did me a real favor I had loads of time to run a tape over the house foundations and didnt Lesson learned Measure twice cut once and listen to your other half 😁

Anyone selling a plot without planning Either knows that planning is unlikely or very expensive You can get planning in principle from a planning consultant in a matter of weeks for about £500-£1000

The thickness of the tile dictates the thickness of the adhesive 10=10 mil You can go as low as 8 mil for walls But they need to be pretty flat You should alway Bach butter floor tiles I would normally just add just a small amount with the plain side of the float

No it’s all the same -
May seam a little extreme But I’d forget using a grinder Hire a floor planer Size of a small whacked plate a couple of passes will leave the effected area flat but pitted Which can quickly be sorted out with self leveler

It’s being blamed on the TF company Design fault I guy who drilled it thought it would be easier to move the walls than drill four new pilot holes 😂 I wouldn’t mind but I got a call Monday from my boarder saying a pipe was in the way I told him to board round Probably should have sent me a photo

Extension over weep holes - What to do?
nod replied to warmington_ash's topic in House Extensions & Conservatories
You will need to fit cavity trays over the new lead flashings Its not a difficult job or that expensive Building Control will insist that you do this -
