  2. try and glue the rubber to the fasica so its flat. dress/cut the bottom of it so its parallel to the fascia. Also may be worth putting another 1 or even 2 battens on the hip, the hips stand very high on the pantiles. lookiing good.
  3. cheaper to buy the heat pump yourself and have the plumber install it. tank and pump 3-4k. 2 days to fit it, £500.
  4. heat pump tumble dryers are very frugal.

  7. As long as cooling is enabled on the controller it should work on the app also. 3 port valve should move etc. Post photo of your controller showing the setup. I use AUTO on the app so whatever temp you dial in it will try to achieve hot or cold doesn't matter.

  14. from condition looks like grey water. Can you put hosepipe into a downpipe connection and see ?
  15. if its a porch, just make the sizes look equal. same space either side of the door and window etc. Have the window attached to the door frame, be cheaper.

  21. yes its a mini, its 3d printed by looks. and yes you need a smart meter of course.
  22. 4x2 with 100x100 posts conced in ground every 1200 will be rock solid. you can allways put a length of 4x2 both sides of the posts if you went mega rigid for the little extra cost. Dont bodge it by sitting on bits of block.slabs etc.
