  1. Jesus ! Jeremy you’ve gone down hill mate ?
  2. @zoothorn can you not understand that after 56 pages no one is really the wiser about what the issue is ? We know your house is cold . Everyone is using educated guesses to attempt to understand WHY ! Draw a (expletive deleted)ing plan of your house . Put dimensions on . Draw the radiators in each room with dimensions. Take photos . ANYTHING to give evidence of what you have ! Personally I think this thread should be locked - because it’s a pointless joke . So much help offered ; yet all refuted.
  3. Anyone want to buy any walk on glazing ?
  4. Just screws those bolts in and ignores the wobble ! ?
  5. I like to be helpful . So buy 5 of any of these and stick 1 in each room - problem solved !! https://www.argos.co.uk/sd/electric-heater/ < bows gracefully as the crowd clap >
  6. Just a wild thought ! Are we all certain there are actual radiators installed ? . Not just ‘ in a box ‘ not getting to temperature. When you remove the likely only the unlikely remains ...
  7. Carp ? Fishing insults can be quite upsetting ! . I’m often called this ?
  8. Christ was it that much ? How do you remember that . 112cm for sure
  9. Nah that’s long gone . I’ll find the invoice then I should be able to contact geberit ( or the frame supplier ) for the bits . So annoyed ! Wouldn’t throw them out !! Grrrrrr
  10. Sure thing ! That was my next step
  11. Give up ! . Lost the 2 pipes for the bathroom wc and therefore frame instructions and bits ?
  12. Regarding geberit wobble fixings . The instructions that come with the pan suggest nothing . Some ‘bits’ left over from the frame do fit that bolt thread . Currently trying to find the other frame bits and instructions- which I’ve put somewhere ‘safe’ I.e I can’t find them !!
  13. Ensuite sink done . Tight pipework and a slight hack on the cabinet
  14. Of course if bleeding the rads is the issue ( or a contributing factor ) he might then need to top it up via the refill loop ... dare we open Pandora’s box 2 ? Can’t we have more unrelated door stuff - that seemed to be moving in the right direction
  15. Don’t know . I’m a C programmer and that appears to be its ‘default’ language . So it appeals too me massively
  16. It’s out ! For less than 4 quid . Though I think a zero has more uses . Still - disposable computing !!
  17. Makes you wonder doesn’t it . I’ll leave that experiment to someone else though
  18. Yeah I get you improvised - I was just following the destructions . Will double double check tomorrow...
  19. Pretty sure mines the same . I am correct the plastic sleeves are just protection yes ? They don’t stay on for install ? ( though they do make the bolt more rigid )
  20. You sure ??? The instructions don’t show this and I don’t remember seeing it with all the parts . But will double check tomorrow!!!
  21. Not sure exactly what you mean ? Those thread bars just screw in - no lock nut or nothing . Geberit confirmed they wobble a few mm ....
  22. Now though we must all wait as @zoothorn bleeds the rads ..... Not argue . Not complain . But does it ..... suspense !!! ?
  23. If it’s 53 pages to just bleed rads I’m going to go ape sh*t
  24. I said this many many pages ago ! Just open the rad valve and see if water or air comes out
  25. Yeah - I’m the new boy with new things !
