  1. Shhhhhhh again !
  2. Absolutely.
  3. I want to post something useful but I can’t . I want zoots heating to be fixed , but I can’t . Farewell cruel world ?
  4. Yeah but that’s almost impossible. To line up a outlet pipe with a unit with a trap all mm inline . (expletive deleted) that !
  5. Maybe . But allowing 1mm clearance for a compact bottle trap is a bit tight . Out of interest I went and looked at the bathroom vanity unit I’ve yet to install - think there will be much more space .
  6. Trim peeled off before I left for the day . Just a few mm ffs !!! When they design these cabinets I guess they really don’t think about getting the trap and pipework in - bloody idiots !!
  7. Nah . Another 135 and they are too far out of alignment. I’m ‘bending’ the 40mm outlet pipe to the max as it is .
  8. Tempted to cut the corner off the cabinet
  9. You b a s t a r d !! Fitting just catches the drawer - can’t angle it any further . Bottle trip clears by 1 mm ?
  10. Think I’ve solved it . Was far fiddler than I thought . Nothing glued yet !! Compact bottle trap - and some very tight fittings ....
  11. No is the answer ?
  12. https://www.toolstation.com/mcalpine-flexi-waste-connector/p45626?store=GQ&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=googleshoppingfeed&gclid=CjwKCAiAxp-ABhALEiwAXm6IySqBkHUcNdMGSpL3R_88mLQj11QU1BJ8z4mxzHRTbVtzne3U3yGxwRoCiGwQAvD_BwE Can the smooth non compression end be solvent welded ???
  13. Yeah - don’t count your chickens yet ! I was trying to do it all compression so it’s easy to change / fix later ... Will get parts tomorrow and we will see . Got to laugh at the amateurs - rip the wall apart / hack the cabinet - (expletive deleted)ing bodgers ! ? www.forum.buildbodge.org.uk
  14. Thinking ( not on site ) If I put a solvent weld reducer in then a 90 degree tee . Length of vertical pipe - another 90 degree tee welded on the top . Would allow the trap to be higher and avoid the drawer . It might fit ....
  15. Sure thing . I could stick that in the wall outlet .But I’ve still got limited space to get that higher so the trap is higher ( so not hitting the drawer ) .
  16. I did a poo poo . The waste outlet on the wall is 40mm so I need a compression reducer to get it to 32mm . Prefer compression at this point as it’s all accessible . Once i solvent weld anything off the 40mm I’m committed

  18. That’s certainly worth a look !! ?
  19. Shhhhhhhhhhhh ?
  20. Don’t know ! How shallow are they . I did like the telescopic one - makes life easier
  21. Erm no ? Don’t remember ever seeing such a thing
  22. Christ it’s a fight ! Fittings on wall first . Then tried fittings on pan first ( at least you can just about see pipe alignment) . It’s still fighting me though !!
  23. Usually use fairy . Be he seems to have gone missing !
  24. Think of an answer that contains 2 words . The second word is “ off “
  25. Ok ; seems simple enough . Measure distance of pipe off wall . Measure distance of pipe off wc . Cut that difference off the end + 3mm
