  1. If I go for these https://www.jtmplumbing.co.uk/john-guest-speedfit-c432/john-guest-speedfit-flexible-hoses-c169/john-guest-speedfit-monobloc-mixers-p2666 What do I need to ‘convert’ the end from speedfit to hep20 ?
  2. Maybe ! But to loose both ? - possibly ! Anyway don’t like them - want something else !!
  3. Found those missing geberit bits ! Knew I kept them ! Strategically hidden in the letterbox box ffs !!
  4. Came with the taps - Roper Rhodes
  5. Yeah . Decided I don’t like olives ?. Will find a longer olive free flexi ....
  6. Decided I don’t like these supplied flex’s . Too short - And I don’t like the olive end
  7. Struggled to get the olives off the Hep2o - bent them a bit - assume that’s not critical ? They will compress ok when I put them back on ? Flexi has a slight kink - does it really matter ??
  8. Could be - so hard to tell . Could just ct1 the nuts off the fitting to the sink like I did on the other one . Probably best to do that anyway
  9. Hmmmm . Base of telescopic trap seems to leak - I can’t hand tighten it anymore . Reluctant to stick grips on it ...
  10. What the eye doesn’t see the heart doesn’t know !
  11. Should do . Much more space for waste than the other unit
  12. Tempted to remove them and replace them with something
  13. Also getting those braids out without removing the entire would be impossible.... Making me worry now !!
  14. A slight kink I think . Surely it’s not an issue ??? ( I’ll get better photos tomorrow)
  15. Sink on . Water feed to taps leak . Olive fittings against Hep2o . I’ll take then off tomorrow and ptfe the threads . Waste in . Tiger seal ( hence the lovely black mess ) to compression fittings . I prefer it this way .
  16. Oh ok ! Mop and hand held dyson - easy !
  17. Black round washer for square base of tap ! . Guess I’ll knife that showing bit out ! . At least the waste seems better than the other and doesn’t require ct1 to prevent leak
  18. No spare tiles . I’d be loath to get it out . Light grey silicone in there and I’ll live with it !
  19. Not concentrating ! Screw holes in the wrong place for bathroom unit !! F sake ! Luckily it’s the end you would sit in the bath - so you wouldn’t look at it . Guess just some grey silicone to block the holes up !
  20. No I think @ProDave is the man for the job . Because it’s (expletive deleted)ing insane and he likes a monumental challenge !
  21. Right @ProDave you need to be punished severely!!!! I have decided you have to go to Zoots house and fix his heating !!! There ! That’ll teach you !
  22. OCD people are banned from my house and this thread .
  23. Hmmmmm . Toilet and bath aren’t centre of floor tiles ??
  24. Because it was impossible ! Window is a fixed position . Recess on right could move . Recess on left has all the mvhr pipework and other stuff behind it ; so positioning difficult. Also recesses installed prior to purchasing tiles . Finally I don’t care ! ??
  25. You don’t
