  1. Soften and simplify the look . Then go underground and double the size ?
  2. Bump ?
  3. With the glue it went down no problem and stuck like sh*t . Bit of ‘sliding ‘ to get in position . Walking over it sliding my feet then some tiles at the edges for weight . Next day 100% bonded to screed . What a pro I am ??
  4. I’d say 3mm ish if you stick it down with glue rather than tile adhesive
  5. Don’t worry . I can’t cut straight to save my life .
  6. Wall behind the bath . Nice flat screen tv that has a long multi jointed arm so you can bring it out and have it face you when in the bath ?
  7. An excellent suggestion . It could form part of a contemporary art exhibit.
  8. Nah not a blog , that would be a pane ?
  9. The glass or the super posh customer? ?
  10. I am that man ! ?
  11. https://www.ikeahackers.net/2019/11/ikea-pax-wardrobe-problems.html hmmmmmmm ?
  12. SPACE-PLUG KITCHEN this for fitting to the wall . But still hate that IKEA flimsy back ! ( cardboard ffs ! )
  13. Really interesting vid I have sliding doors that sit over the frame so need a skinny infill . Even if I did manage to scribe ( !!! ) a perfect 2 metre length what should I use to fill the gap ( between wall and scribe ) caulk ???
  14. The rear I need some adjustable bolty type things to make it secure . What I hate is that the flimsy IKEA back will wobble as it’s not flush against the wall . Almost tempted to screw osb to the back …. As for that side bit ; how do I scribe some bead to suit the variable gap ??
  15. Could do …….. but he might guess what’s happening as I have 9 flat pack IKEA wardrobes on the floor ???
  16. Got lots of IKEA wardrobes to build ? and bolt together . What do I do about walls being out at the side and rear . Do I pack the rear out ? What about that side gap . Beading it won’t make it any better as it will be on the wee also …
  17. Yes . I was more concerned about the min size hatch regs - if there were any ???! ???
  18. That supports the end of the wardrobe ? It’s part of 4 all bolted together . Can’t run it the other way either . Not sure of the point of the hatch anyway . It’s a straight run flue so nothing serviceable in it ….
  19. Got my flue in with access hatch all good . Unfortunately the fitted wardrobe will literally end slap bang in the middle of the hatch ? What are the regs on this ? Hatch size I mean ? . Presumably it’s just so a carbon monoxide test could be done in the flue ? Can I wardrobe across the opening ? ( removing the hatch door of course. But access for a monoxide test still do able .
  20. I use fibaro rgbw2 ‘s ( make sure it’s that version ) for rgbw led control ;no issue . How do you intend to use these lights ? I.e how are they controlled ? ( wall switch , HA. ? )
  21. This is click bait ! Worked for me though !
  22. I put a lever valve - much easier to turn . Outside I also have a non return valve as water company insisted on one as we were going to have rainwater harvesting. That plan was binned though as ROI was around a billion years
  23. Conversion to flats ? . With an underground house in the grounds ?
  24. Buy it . I’ll lend you the money
