Floor stat probe I always thought was rubbish even with wet ufh . Temp at the floor has no relevance to temp in the room . I have sensors in the ceilings of each room and use that to adjust ufh . But as I’m a complete amateur that could all be a pile of ?. But it’s my ?. My ? is better than everyone else’s ?

As some of you may be aware I generally work at a ‘moderate’ speed . Was supplied this expanding foam with my door linings . Jesus ! It sets in the mixer tube in like 15 seconds !! . Suffice to say I simply couldn’t use it !! Rapido … on steroids !!

Whilst I agree with all the above sometimes you have to be more basic . Sometimes the tradesman ( supposedly ) can get mouthy and confrontational when they realise they aren’t going to get paid . 9 out of 10 times people back down when physical confrontation seems imminent. But you always have to assume that 1 in 10 . Not nice , not pretty . But ultimately a fist in the mouth can remedy a situation far quicker - though not his fist in your mouth !!! . ?????

Drop the builder now . Can’t be trusted and evidently can’t build ! . Will delay everything but better to get it done properly ?
