Chemical toilet onsite for me over the last 3 years . Not an issue for me but the limited trades on site did tur(n / d ) their nose up at it . -

Oh @ProDave as if I’d mess that up ! They aren’t under the bed to be honest . But conveniently the bed would be next to a cupboard with the mvhr in - so access to Ethernet , power , Ariel not an issue . ?

Yes you can . I went with no insurance for about 6 years ? More tricky but not impossible . Can dig up the name of the insurer I used if it helps
