Why not hide it behind a hinged painting or something?

Have a look in Part K, there's ramp drawings there and it makes mention of Part M. -

Pre Brexit it was cheaper to bulk buy screws from here even taking into account the delivery. https://www.klokow-gmbh.de/en/

I think I have the diagram at work, maybe in an earlier Part M? Won't be able to look until Monday. I had to make a removable wheelchair ramp a while back to keep the fire office happy. All TIG'd ali to suit the asphalted, laid to falls, floor. -
My upstairs 18mm, t&g floor was "screwed" up with PVA and angular ring nails and squeaked like a barsteward. It's a lot better since I put a load of proper, Spax flooring screws in.

...thought I was in another similar house.

? I'm a twat. I got disorientated in the loft. I was 180deg out. They're my stacks!
-
That is the plan but I won't be able to get there now until the new year.
-
Don't know. I measured 3100mm wall to wall, think somewhere I have the room measurements I've suddenly remembered. As an aside, not tempting fate but there's plenty of instances in this type of house where the stacks have been removed downstairs but left in the loft still. Scary!
-
My stacks are the loft hatch side. Almost as if that Celcon wall has been built too far to the left where I've shown the dotted lines. T = top landing below my loft hatch: I'll have to have a measure up! It's not as far fetched as it sound if the previous owners of my place wanted to gain a crafty foot of loft space. Next store is a derelict shop, has been for umpteen years. Can't imagine the loft was ever used. Bear in mind all these lofts were connected when originally built in the 1860s. The first one of these I bought years back, a kindly neighbour ran an extension lead from his place to mine via the loft hatches!
-
Blocks? Edit: Sorry, you mean the Celcon. Good question. But in these terraces you have a fireplace with an alcove either side. I hope too they haven't taken the stacks out next door!
-
I keep staring at this picture: That is the adjacent terrace's chimney stack. The stacks project into the rooms of these house. Wondering if this loft space actually oversails / projects into nextdoor....
-
I've already got a ridge beam, did you mean some collar ties? Ta.

I'll go look at what I've got lying around in the shed/garage in a mo. For hard to get, older MCBs etc I've used this lot before: https://www.reconelectrical.co.uk/reconditioned-circuit-breakers.html

Probably a fiver on top for delivery: https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/HGMT150.html?

Do you have an electrical wholesaler near you? Won't get Hager in SF or TS. For example: https://www.cef.co.uk/catalogue/products/42519-50a-sp-6ka-type-b-mcb?
