The hinges must be in alignment, whether that is in line with the door or frame is irrelevant. In your case I would align them on the door as the edge is likely a straight edge (I hope), and recess in the frame as appropriate.(as you say this is bowed).

Meter Readings Panic and Electricity Costs
joe90 replied to canalsiderenovation's topic in Electrics - Other
Which is...... mvhr hard drive recorder router fridge freezer tv (standby) treatment plant bathroom radiators all other things are as required (which might contribute to the 400w). -
The mid line of all three hinges should be in alignment otherwise the door will not swing properly . This is a problem high having three hinges, alignment is more important. I tend to hang it on top and bottom hinges first then fit the middle hinge last.

Integrating an MVHR to our build
joe90 replied to djcdan's topic in Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
With my DIY installed MVHR I used a red version of the blue stuff posted earlier. The internal bore is smooth and sooo much easier to instal compared to large diameter metal. Sweeping bends create much less resistance than 90’ bends. The air speed is so slow that noise is not an issue with mine. I created my own terminals, manifold/silencer and it all works great. -

There you go again, making assumptions that are not correct, I think you are a “twit” and left it to others to decide what they want to call you. I have made no wild conclusions, it’s you that is asking fir advise on a subject that you know very little about and when generous people here that know far more than you try to help, you challenge them on every level.

fill in as you feel appropriate!

@zoothorn, @PeterW even went out of his way to contact Vaillant for the information he posted up regarding those diagrams, they did not want to give him access to their technical library and he told them that he was in a position to recommend to his architects their equipment but was unlikely too if they refused access to their technical site. You really are an ungrateful @@@@ .

I have two sack trucks and the one with inflatable tyres is far better to use on uneven ground. -
See my post above, you could still have a temporary meter box on a post with cable into the house and swing the meter box into the garage when it’s eventually built.
-
During my planning fight I did establish that the verge is part of the highway, historically it was the pavement, or old equivalent.
-
That’s what I did, mainly because I wanted the meter box there and not on my “chocolate box cottage” and I mounted the temp supply box on a post next to the garage and when the garage was built swung it into the garage myself so did not have to pay fir it’s move to the permanent location.

It’s a warm roof ? and the whole house is that stable (thermal mass ?) (but I have no idea what the figures mean ?♂️) but the graph looks good ?

And when they finally got a decent tow truck, the crane driver forgot to take the handbrake off!!!,!, I did not like the build, very boxy/chunky. But such a huge house and annexe fir that budget was good.
