Is the soft close/hold open bit properly engaged? Do they stay open when used as too hung? I fitted a row of electric ones for a customer and he could Open/ close them all together by iPhone or in series one after the other which looked awesome! I like the sound of external blinds

Morning! I was going to have a ‘plant room’ in the detached garage and duct the services to the house. Ashp, cylinder. The garage is 7m from the house, the plumber thinks deffo cylinder in the house. Any input? I appreciate it will give a ‘dead leg’ of hot water and heat losses? “You all want quality and as cheap as you can possibly get” I think the problem here is that window/door companies are too expensive, and in the right circumstances will slash a colossal sum off their quote making a bit of a mockery of it all.

I think his cost savings cut the ‘pizazz’ out of it- ultimately a folly and waste.
