Huh?

Lazy architects do this. A good architect will - if appointed to take the drawings to tender stage - will specify EVERYTHING. If you’re faced with a sample drawing that says that an element is “by others” don’t use them. Sometimes I think that most posters have hired very poor architects (if they are even architects!). There are good ones out there and they won’t cost the earth.

Of course they don’t - they’re for different imposed loads which vary for location.

Not acceptable to a BCO.

It’s a current document and physics is still physics irrespective of where you are in the UK.

If you need to comply - you may not need to although universal access is alway best practice - either make it 1:20 to the door or put in a 1:12 ramp with a 900mmx1200 long landing at the top. Edit: if a change of use you will need access.

Probably not needed. Drop within 3.0m of a dwelling only.

Hi there, What don’t you like about it? It looks more or less like a straight copy apart from the angled side. Personally I’d get rid of the 80’s patent glazing entrance feature and I think I’d try and hide the garage doors. -
Moving personal items into house prior to completion?

No they can’t. -
Put the 150 between the rafters - leave a 50mm ventilation gap above and the 40mm below or use insulated plasterboard!
-
Refer to the SAP for the type and thickness of the insulation - not the construction of the roof FFS!!!! - if your builder built from the SAP he should be given a kick up the hole!
-
Who on earth builds from a SAP U-Value calculation?
-
Go back and check what they need. I presume this is registration for rates. The construction stage you are at will have been flagged up to LPS by BC during the course of their inspections - normally 6 months before the anticipated completion of the works - but I doubt you have to be complete for a certain dates.

Post the plans and the other existing and proposed elevations. The only reason I can see for the request for a flat roof is to distinguish the existing from the proposed - a bit of a shit request really and as for the window why on earth are they getting their knickers in a twist about a single existing window - madness.

I would either try and clean the brick again or consider clay tile cladding.
