Well ! Welcome back for certain ! When I got planning I could have sold the house with the land paid no CGT . With the proceeds paid off a mortgage on a rental property . Live in it , do it up and still have cash to spare . Easy peasy lemon squeezy But that’s boring . So self building would be a bit more of a challenge. So did that . Landlord goes into hardship . Defaults . Property gets repossessed and tenant gets evicted anyway . If *anyone* out there is still a LL you really need to look at labours plans . cgt matching income tax . S21 ban , epc c by 2030 , pets ‘ allowed ‘ , ‘alterations’ to YOUR property allowed , can’t sell a property for 2 yrs after a new tenant contract etc . Of course some of this may not come to anything …. Some will be dumped . Some Uturn . Some implemented .

Druggies out ! Room is (expletive deleted)ed It’s actually quite sad . He just up’d and left *literally* everything. I’ve got now ( too hold for 3 months just incase ) multiple pc’s , iPads , phones etc etc Got him to sign a deed of surrender . Not legally 100% safe if he came back but good enough for me . So far 50 black bin bags of shite have been removed . Got some nice bed sheets . Were white now yellow and brown . I’ll pay postage if anyone wants them . 😊 I retched a bit in the room . Nice fridge to open . 🤮 Not the worse I’ve ever seen a room . Cant wait for dumb labours law of “ can’t evict a tenant in hardship “ ….. no problems with that ffs 🙄

Possibly . Port forwarding if required may be different . You need to find the cameras ip address first then go to its web server url Easiest way is go to routers ip address and find the list of connected devices . It’s possible new router has a different subnet range which would make the camera not visible …..

As a (expletive deleted)ing expert chef I can tell you a down extractor is awesome ( recirculating ). No moist air and no smells ( washable carbon filters ) . On my elisia to get ‘full’ extraction you do need power 8 out of 10 . But with standard cooking 5/6 is fine . Just as noisy as an overhead tbh . Been using it for over 2 yrs . My mates Ramsey and Oliver came over and they loved it - they are both twats though .

I believe the film was actually filmed in Cornwall and they used real locals in it to get that authentic feel … Burt Reynolds I think was immortalised in his role when universally he was just cast as the comedy cool guy I.e cannon ball run . Showed he could act in deliverance . Superb film even if it is about Cornwall
