Managed to get a 32mm pipe in Still not happy though . Once that pumps it’s basically 1 jubilee clip holding it all in . My experience with jubilee clips is they can loosen over time especially in this situation with pump pressure . Is there nothing more robust I can use ??

Hmmm perhaps I’m not meant to cut it off ! Goes in the pipe like this ? ( but you cut it to fit ? ) Even if that’s correct it’s a crap fitting with just one clip on it ! . I don’t like this fitting . Something better I could use ?? ( notice swept floor !! )

SWMBO was on site today ( worse than bco ! ) . Not impressed at no underground wc . SO ! Supposing I have a geberit type wall cistern what’s the maximum height a toilet can realistically be ? . Then it’s a 10mm fall per metre , yes ??? Trying to see if a ‘high’ toilet will give me enough of a run . Also I notice in the macerator install instructions the ‘output’ on top instead of going straight vertical they always ‘snake’ a bit horizontally then go vertical. Why do that ???

Pir and foam between joists Then pir over all of that equally with foam where required . Then foil tape every joint . That’s what I did - yet to feel a draft

It’s been dispatched. So will wait for the “ pay the vat” before you have it message . Cheapest in U.K. I could find was £2100 inc vat . This one ( exactly the same model according to the blurb ) will work out inc delivery ( £116! ) and vat at around £1300 Of course I can get the vat back . Or some of it as it’s a hob and extractor so I’ll assume I’ll get 50% of the vat back

Yep . Notice now the Amazon receipt says excluding vat . So will get stung on that but can claim it back .

I think it would be best to add one . Though I think the macerator has non return valves aswell .
