I would also remind him that he’s had a good earner out of the rest of the job and been paid on time Even if he only manages 15 mtrs per day it’s not a bad earner Problem is that everyone is still busy -

I get asked for quite a lot of this kind of render now The golden rule was never to render to the floor as it would act like a sponge I’ve got over this by base coating and wrapping the whole wall with a fibre mesh and top coat with K rend The wet on the top doesn’t seem to bother the render You can continually jet wash the render without it doing any harm If it was to stain in a few years It’s not a big job to roller a K rend colour enhancer on Its a nice look and can see why you like it

No he’s actually a local independent The owner is a nice guy Simalar products to Roccoa ctd But they undercut both Accept for adhesive I have accounts at all three plus another independent I wouldn’t exspect them to give the same discount to a one off order it would think you could negotiate somewhere inbetween I normally buy the tiles and adhesive and pass 50% onto the custerner

Italian Spanish Turkish& Portuguese vitra are miles ahead ahead of the other Turkish tiles They tend to follow the Italian designs
-
Quite bit more than that But it well worth paying the exstra £300 As they will look as good in ten years time
-
I’ve an account at ctd The more exspensive ones are Italian Reall hard waring and great to cut The others although Turkish are from the largest Turkish factory Vitra But the print isn’t what the Italian ones are Roccia have the best of the Italian at £48 They will come down to £29 for volume and they are super flat and easy to lay
