  1. 6 rings you say.........thats already 1 better than the gas hob
  2. I am fairly interested in this, I have already got a nice gas hob i was given, but installing gas brings a load of issues. It'll be good to see what everyones opinions on the electric options are.
  3. i was going to joke that Fronius might have a load of wood cutting in their video just to be ironic, and well ill be damned
  4. of course I bloody want one
  5. what a very informative video........ I was just waiting for them to say you can weld with it but my money says no. 36v has been available for a while and i don't see a lot of people using them.
  6. Bite his hand off. If you trust him to do a neat job ( difficult with staffy blues) I would say that is fair.
  7. I agree, are you planning to move the whole 65m3 in the dumper?
  8. or juat drill a hole in the side of the small bucket.....?
  9. excavator adaptor plate in ebay
  10. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/digger-excavator-top-hat-brackets-top-mount-plate-1-5t-any-size-can-be-made-/171372836943?hash=item27e69df84f:g:XNAAAOSw9NxTsGXe close?
  11. are you hoping to mill that or form it? which i suppose would involve milling the dye? also and are you planning to start this before or after fitting the toilet?
  12. and your issue is? I would hazard to guess that EVERY other Geberit system is piped that way. second rule of plumbing.
  13. I managed to miss the bit where he said "I already have a perfectly good adapter" !! have you considered making one out of stainless?
  14. TBH I'm just copying what i saw the other steel fabricators do
  15. i found on vertical surfaces the paste is easier to use e.g https://www.magdrill.com/rotabroach-cutting-paste-0-5kg-tin.html
  16. Don't worry i have got ALL the gear for it now But if you are thinking about it i will recommend Magdrill.com as a company, I dealt with a person called Graham on the phone and he was very helpful. IIRC that is £350 inc VAT and Delivery, so probably about 295 if you can claim it
  17. thats what i thought, i had briefly looked into them before and just dismissed the idea when i saw a 4 figure tag, then bored one night i looked a bit harder and then this, delivered next day from a proper company, up to 40mm holes. and i am still very impressed with it, even the broaches arnt as bad as i thought they would be. 20mm was about £20 IIRC so happy days
  18. I thought £350 was quite reasonable I only wish i had bought it before i fabricated my steels.
  19. possibly on this page http://www.plasticdrainage.co.uk/soil-and-waste-systems/polypipe-wc-pan-connectors
  20. i know it won't help until monday morning but i have had to phone e BP plastics a couple of times and they are very helpful, say what you need and he will probably know if they stock it.
  21. try http://www.plasticdrainage.co.uk iv always found them to be very competitive.........if they have what you need.
  22. +1 76 is suspiciously cheap. how much are you taking?
  23. the day to day building of a house doesnt require that much power, to take a stab in the dark i would say 95% of the construction is either cordless or by hand. (unless they are running air tools, in that case - some %s)
  24. you mean you used to have a digger and now you do not? .....your weird.....
  25. i can only assume they are talking about hours put on the machine, the cheap one you linked had an hour meter so i suppose it makes sense, never seen it offered like this before though if I'm honest
