Rained pretty good last night . But I class it as inconclusive as I didn’t witness how much rain for how long . Anyway no leak . So it’s promising

Our political masters use the phrase "working at pace". They don't usually specify what that pace is, but if you assume 'snails' you can only be pleasantly surprised.

No more "leaky walk on glazing " jokes - I think half the members on here will cancel their subscription.

In all seriousness, great news if it's fixed!

 

Be very aware of any fissures or cracks that may hold water then freeze/expand during the winter undoing all your hard work. Hopefully any such gaps are well filled with the black stuff.
