Might do a cheat for tiling this box especially on top . Just cut some pieces to slide under the tap shroud base . Going to aluminium trim the box because I want to - even though once the bath is in no one will see it .

Glad I did it this way as after moving in had a small weep on one joint so had to re-do it. Made sure it was easy to lift bath onto two pieces of eps and there where the unions, took me half an hour from start to finish. 2
