I get the machine to scrape out before he digs the last wall. You just go to whatever depth you need to bottom of stone for slab or clearance for suspended floor. Are you sure its only 200mm below ffl at present? Did you not even scrape the topsoil off prior to trenches? Presumably your ffl is around 150mm above the existing ground before you started?
The competition is who has the most energy not who has the cleanest. Look up how much coal China built in 2024 and 25. They ain't picky about where it comes from solar, nuclear, coal whatever works
The comment its not working when they blow it up gets me. Obviously they're not blowing it up while burning coal. The point is it was shut down due to poor decisions. It was economically viable. Its like saying the landfill tax on the ash effects the viability. Just get rid of that tax for this byproduct. Job done.
Yeh as I say, its crazy we are destroying all this infrastructure. We had a lot of it there.
Can they capture any more of the bad particles nowadays with coal?
I agree OP really should have removed the doors himself and given a spec. Or even engaged a surveyor and got them to get tenders for a spec for the job. But they won't...
I just emailed some local office, god knows where I got their email and they dropped me loads of bits off. It was all very informal as I remember it around 2018. Last place in 2020 I didn't even bother with a fixed line connection. It wasn't in the regs then. Is there any way to opt out if it nowadays? I still use 5 and 4g for Internet now
@Gus Potter i dont need any project management. I will sort all applications with utilities and highways. All I need is planning and building regs. Plot will be BNG exempt.
