  1. Actually i’ve Just thought of a trick ! i can ( I think ) reduce the Maserati pump distance ...
  2. Problem is wc is some distance from sink . So WC has to pump to near sink and exit .
  3. What’s the difference? A pump station just on the wc ? I.e it can pump that distance ?
  4. Right ! i can feel @Nickfromwales breath on my back already ! In the below ground domain we are having a wc . Its quite possible it’s location downstairs has to be moved . It will be under the parking area and on the opposite side to all the drainage ( typically ). As it stands the macerator would have to pump up 2 metres - then ‘around ‘ the stairwell , then horizontal for maybe 8 metres , then possibly vertical again ( less than 1 metre ) !!! Directly below this ‘exit’ point is the below ground kitchen sink ( which of course has a macerator) . I’m assuming the run for the wc is too long and convoluted ( diagram might help ) . So ! Could the wc macerator feed into the kitchen one to ‘eject’ waste ? ???
  5. Skills !
  6. Gave in and ordered it . relatively small groves in each board . Surprised not T&G ! Anyway spent the cash
  7. Hey @Onoff fit one of these ! Dead nice I think !
  8. It will fall off one day for sure !
  9. Not oiled yet
  10. Well ! The lead flashing looks spot on !
  11. What is lot20 ? Electricians thinks maybe pcb duff
  12. Why so bloody expensive!? Got one in a rented property that’s bust ; electrician’s suggested replacement... https://www.heatershop.co.uk/dimplex-xle-150-storage-heater?gclid=Cj0KCQjwj9LkBRDnARIsAGQ-hUfwN5jr78fTy3xlNl-OeLK-1aR9lWVDkPHngQN5nu-YzuXqCCLVeCgaAg-4EALw_wcB So expensive!!! ?????
  13. Ah yes . Some ‘proper’ reviews ?
  14. Still seems to get mixed reviews . Might be ‘user’ error ...
  15. Which model ?
  16. So what’s the next best tile cutter at a considerably lower cost ? The rubi 200 etc . Seem to get mixed reviews
  17. The dye did say 5g to 100 litres. I did 5g to a bucketful of water ? ; then did 2 bucket fulls. It was certainly VERY bright!
  18. Hosed the wall throughly Lane still a bit pink from yesterday! ?
  19. Think we had a bit of rain last night . Track marks look pretty much the same . Not a hint of the red dye . So today’s check is inconclusive. Will hose that outside wall again later
  20. So it’s a question now of waiting for rain . Took photos of the track marks today ( should of taken photos yesterday doh ! ) . Can compare tomorrow...
  21. Well I put red dye along the lane floor right next to my wall . 2 bucket falls . No sign of any red inside yet . Yesterday I mixed some cement and filled any holes in the stone work .
  22. Look for an aggregate recycler . Basically he will dig out the rock ; clean / grind it into chippings . So should work out cheaper . This is what I did .
  23. Oh I avoid the council don’t worry ! Neighbors will keep the council informed!! ?
  24. Maybe just re tarmac the lane ???
  25. Yeah . It causes a few problems though . i have to assume all 3 sides of the slab ‘leak ‘ . 2 of which are on my property. The 3rd though is this lane - owned by no one but caused all kinds of problems during planning . I can’t easily ( or cheaply ) close the lane . But ! I presume I could in theory did a narrow trench against the wall down to the 100mm original slab ....
