TBH I don't have that many tenant issues as a percentage . It's simply I can turn over a lot of tenants in a year. Well CCTV is in all communal spaces - so we can watch the bottles of wee build up!

Not long ? Yeah TV turned up 'late'. Whats annoying is power is one side of it and AV/HDMI etc. is the other!

Hey all, I have this unavoidable 'step' in the kitchen of one of my rentals. Max height is around 4cm. Is this legally 'ok' i.e. do I need to 'mark' i.e. highlight it for health and safety ? Don't want someone tripping and attempting to sue me! Cheers

Easy ! Do the lot in a day .( 1 wall at a time !) i over grout . Then wipe across with a damp sponge ( across the grout line not down it ) . Then profile with a nice piece of copper pipe . Next day just wipe down all the excess and dust .

Re heating In my 3 rentals I use geniushub which is z wave based . works a treat !

Re Cctv . indigo supports access via another app for that . Or try Mangocam.com for cloud based . Using it to monitor one of my rentals - so far seems great !

Check out indigo running on a Mac . Best home automation I have found . Supports most things ; though I prefer z wave . Regarding audio per room ; forget Sonos etc . Raspberry pi with amp header board and squeeze box software ( running on same Mac as indigo ) . IPeng to control audio via phone or some cheap iPads wall mounted
