Doesn’t exist ! So will need to go 22mm Hep2o to 3/4” Male straight connector . Then 22mm Hep2o reducer to 15mm Seems daft . Guess there must be some historic reason .

Is it me ? Does a 15mm Hep2o to 3/4” bsp bent tap connector not exist ? Can find 22mm and to 1/2” . Perhaps everyone bought them before the virus !

Girls push fit ( hence up North ) , real men always weld -
Worried, I inserted a strip of marine ply where the shower door will fix to . Should of done something on the other side similar . But that’s got delta board all over it - best remove all and do it right.

I’ll bite .

Because the answer to f ing everything is CT 1 How do I mix cement? Use ct1 How do I stick these pipes together ? Use ct1 I’ve got haemorrhoids . Use ct1 How can I fuel a manned mission to Mars ? Use ct1 There’s a global pandemic, what’s the solution ? Use ct f ing 1 !

Important note ! For anyone using delta board . As I was advised ‘printed’ side out . I did have a board that appears to be printed on the wrong side . So check first . Not sure if photo will show the difference between 2 printed sides ....

Yeah in a wet room I understand. I was going to delta all walls . Tape joints , then I believe you smear tile adhesive along the taped joints .
-
Nah , never used or considered one . After all why delta/ aqua a wall ready for tiling rather than liquid ?
-
Yeah ? . Please link to a liquid tank ? You can just tile straight into it ?
-
Like the delta board fixings . Not sure about the ‘special’ screws , sure they are just drywall screws . Anyway , any suggestions what I do at this door frame edge ? . If I delta board the edge and tile it ;will stick out past the Eclisse ( grrrrr ) door frame . Is there some ‘mat’ that can be fixed to timber and can be tiled directly on ? ( answer cannot be ct1 ) ?

Use a bandage

So ! Showers going to the left . Recess left or right ? I.e in shower wet zone or not ? ; can’t decide . Or lay this horizontal and have it half in and half out !!
-
So just delta then . I did think that . Marine ply or plaster board underneath- if the waters there it’s a problem anyway .
-
A horizontal delta board covers this wall . Assume no need to deliberately cut and stagger ? Or should I ? Right - flipped a coin , will cut and stagger .
-
-
I think @nod said forget the marine ply and just screw delta board direct to studs . I like marine ply because it’s strong and makes fixing anything else easy . Could just delta board it , staggered , taped joints .

Timbered around the f ing sliding door . Put the tray in dry to test . Going to be a bit too tight . Marine ply ontop Walls (12mm) then delta tile backer board . Trays not going to fit ( see space left and right of tray ) . What can I do ? Can I cheat a bit and have tile backer board just down to the tray edge ? I.e not down the sides to the floor ? - that allowed ?? (Saves 8mm per side )
-
Use it for a ‘feature’ As materials run low I do take this opportunity to remind people I have a surplus of walk on glazing .
-
Timbers my issue at the moment . Bits n pieces like couplers , screws etc. I just grab from eBay .

Had to stop the team on site and call a meeting . All sat 2 metres apart of course . I told them this was going to be tough but we were in it together. I asked them to reallocate any timber that was being used for ‘non essentials’ for the good of the build . A quick scout around and what was ‘rubbish’ timber now utilised for other projects. First casualty was the hand rail . Keep cool lads , gloves , masks are on the way !
