  2. Ah ! But in theory my 15mm bath should fill quicker ?✊
  3. Don’t care ! Mines the biggest
  4. I must show a picture of mine - I must !! 15mm for everything
  5. Still don’t like the supplied tee . With no pipe in it the rubber washer sits fine . Around the pipe it won’t actually screw in . Just doesn’t seem right . Will stick up some photos soon .
  6. In a house I have a panel that just monitors ‘break glass’ alarms not smoke etc . Panel now keeps giving a fault on the ground floor where there are 2 break glass alarms ( at the front door and rear ) . This happened a few months ago aswell . Electrician checked it and tightened wires in panel - was all good for a bit . Happened now twice in 3 days . I thought maybe the vibration of a door slamming could trigger it but apparently not . Any ideas welcome
  7. The supplied tee is not solvent weld
  8. It’s over a steel beam with a concrete beam next to it - not sure I can reach underneath for access - which I don’t like . I’ll break out the block around it and gain as much access from underneath as I can
  9. Lol . That was just a test piece of pipe I grabbed - that was just lying around
  10. 42mm not 32mm pipe .
  11. Getting near the point I have to install this . The trap unfortunately sits over a steel beam so I’ll need to fit It to the tray before I install . First question . Loads of contradictions online . Bed shower tray in sand/cement or tile adhesive ? . Does it really matter ? - some claim sand/cement can crack . Here’s the supplied waste . The 32mm pipe doesn’t seem to fit nicely into fitting . The black rubber washer cannot fully compress on tightening . Just feels a bit unreliable....
  12. Nope ! I always leave a mess !
  13. Of course ! . You are right ! . Why do I buy any other materials other than ct1 I don’t know !!
  14. Ahhh ! . Ok . Tile adhesive to ‘level’ it will only be a few mm thick . Not going to crack or anything is it ? Guess I should pva the marine ply before applying the adhesive?
  15. Decided to finally connect the AAV pipework . Wasn’t brave enough ( stupid enough ) to use floplast , so tiger seal to give me time . Couldn’t get the coupler in so cut it and tiger sealed it in .
  16. So ‘skim’ tile adhesive over gaps and marine ply to make a nice level surface ?
  17. Did you get your misses to pose for that photo ? . You’ve given me some dangerous ideas !!
  18. Is this the other one you did @Onoff ?
  19. Will be installing this soon . As some of my floor is screed and some marine ply do I just apply the mat across both ? . As you can see there are a few gaps and the marine ply is a few mm lower than the screed . What should I fill the gaps with ? Should I ignore the slight height differences across the different floor materials and just lay the de coupling mat straight across ? thanks in advance!
  20. Yes; and I did!
  21. Do you need some walk on glazing perhaps ?
  22. Have your check Delta easy to work with
  23. Not sure what to do with feeds for taps . Guess that will do and ultimately fit to taps with flexi pipe . Think I might shorten them a bit , almost had my eye out a few times .
  24. I won’t respond .... ??
  25. It is me isn’t it ! Can you believe it ! My builders merchants just called me !! Said they plan to open Thursday next week . Though only 3 in the store at a time . I asked him what stock was like , he said not great . I hope everyone is happy that I’ve bought expensive timber and all your BM’s will be open !
