Now there’s a question ! 🙄

I know it's not just the size that matters...

Were you at the blue parrot Friday ? -
Have changed the ufh temp ; nothing else . Will report back after a few days . Overshooting desired temp is rare . Floor coverings are non existent …
-
Pump speed is low . Have the self regulating actuators so flow and return don’t deviate much . I guess it’s the SWMBO factor - which is hard ( impossible ) to define ….
-
😁 - titles not helpful ! So with wet ufh ; what’s the relationship between the pumps speed , the ufh water temperature and the actual air temperature ( I.e the bit SWMBO complains about ) . We were running at a ufh temp of 30 degrees which Google implies is bitchingly low . Just set to 34 . Need hours to see how it affects air temp . But pump speed relevance ??? Essentially how do I balance these parameters to get the air temp I want ?

Wft a tack bloc ? . Googling showed me a semi nude female tied down over my bed . Presume you didn’t mean that ?

But you can't do (expletive deleted)ing anything else. Just the one simple benign task.... -

I'm going to order it when available. Also a Tesla sex bot. Wonder how the two would get on? -
Watch and learn how not to do it!

Just spoke to them. Stupid (expletive deleted) ; the trim goes the other way round. I did actually check this and assumed the trim visible width was the same as the struct width. But apparently not. (expletive deleted)ing Friday!
-
This trim is SO flimsy shit!. Also when the 'structs' come across to support the tiles how do they fit to the trim??? (expletive deleted)ing rubbish - gonna email the company now and rant .. A FRIDAY RANT!
-
Suppose once skimmed and painted - could trim over the trim ffs !
-
The plan was a suspended ceiling ; that office block look . The perimeter trim is so flimsy it bends under its own weight and deforms when a screw goes in . This why these ceilings always look crap ? At edges I pack it out as it can’t possibly bend . It still wobbles around . Im doing this in the wrong order I.e walls not plastered ; because waiting on a plasterer will hold me up . Intention was he will skim up to the trim . Then I will caulk along the edge as it’s bound to crack . Am I just being crap ? ( rhetorical question ) Thought the perimeter trim would be easy ! 😞

On my site it would get promoted to site manager ! . I so want one ! -
Title is rude . You should always respect other people’s boundaries and where you wish to discharge .

Yeah I always have things mains powered . I think newer z wave is better - but I do have some older z wave legacy components in place . Going to do a simple test once zigbee stuff arrives . 2 lights in a room , one z wave controlled other zigbee . Both triggered by the same Method at the same time . Both just 1 hop away from corresponding usb stick . Be interesting to see the ‘delay’ on either . But as you say ; time to probably move away from z wave .
-
My HA is all z wave . It’s pretty reliable . All powered no batteries . Can be slow responding for non obvious reasons at random intervals . Walk in a room , light turns on within a second . Other times 2 or 3 seconds . Occasionally 30 seconds ( once I’ve finished swearing ) It’s hard to know the issue . Z wave can only do 4 hops max and the amount of data is going to be small . A 30 second delay seems ridiculous. Anyway . Decided to get some zigbee stuff as a test . Christ is this stuff cheap if you get it direct from the land of the rising sun ! . Makes z wave seem very expensive . Anyone had zigbee for a while ???
-
I connected 1 at a time . Turned it on and wait ( maybe a leak maybe not - some times forgetting the other end of the pipe is open - which guarantees a leak 😁 ) Grow a pair and do as I say . This is the proper way . Not faffing with some air test kit to give you a false sense of security . I want water - and I want it now !
-
Nah . Do like me . Stick ‘em on the wall . Water on . Soon find out if there’s a leak 💪

Fill it with expanding foam . Then once cured poke holes in it to get required flow 👍
