Kitchen design stage !!! My plan was to integrate ( somehow ) our existing washer under the kitchen worktop . I was concerned though about it moving and vibration . Are integrated ones somehow designed to avoid this ? ; if so how ? My washer can move and jump around quite a bit when on speed …

Cheap skate . I used tile backer board even in the minuscule wc - just so walls are flat for tiling and I don’t need a trade on site for plastering . You pinch those pennies anymore your nuts will start growing inwards .

HiD needs to be given a break . I built an entire blockwork wall used a string , spirit level and laser - paranoid about drift . 1st time is learning , 2nd time is practice, 700000th time is skilled 😊 . It’s fixable ; that is what matters !! 👍🍷

This wall at the top of the stairs might aswell have a sign saying “ scratch me , dirty hand prints welcome“ I really want something that is durable to hand prints / easily wipeable . But I want Matt as otherwise a ‘shiny’ wall might look odd if I go for silk or “bathroom “ paint . Here’s what I used originally
