  1. What I meant in times gone by pb a shower enclosure and then simply tiling over it . Slightest of grout failure and the pb soaks up the water and the wall becomes unstable .
  2. You know what happens . Initially you see you can get something for around 200 . Then you look and watch videos / read reviews and see more toys for more £££££.
  3. I didn’t know what it was until I googled ! P1s seems good ….
  4. Sure it was jtm I got them from or even eBay !
  5. Been reading up the bambu lab is really the boy and mixed views on creality . Ask creality to cancel my order for now . @Onoff was selling me a dud
  6. I have used these though tbh I prefer the brass version
  7. Yeah . Also all this manual bed levelling seems a pain . K1 better as enclosed aswell ??. I want to print and go not faff
  8. Google tells me asa is what I need . Just a simple filament change in the printer if I wish to use prints externally ?

  14. Ok . So it’s a ‘nearest guess’ for colours ? What about the finished item - it’s plastic but I don’t want it to fade in direct sunlight nor become brittle .
  15. Dumb question Do the filaments for printing come in RAL colour ? I.e can you colour match . Any advice welcome !
  16. Title says it all . Will only have simple shapes to print . Assume £200 ish for a decent printer ? Also which cheap software ? Sketch ??
  17. Fair enough reason . Personally I hate any pipe work anywhere visible .
  18. Still confused on why any copper . Admit you definitely don’t want compression fitting on a hep20 - it can fail for certain . With all the plumbing I did no compression fittings or copper ….
  19. I’m not worried about the plastic feet . Just don’t want the L of units to move .
  20. Thought of that . It would have to be real shallow though . Say 20mm for tile , adhesive , decoupling then maybe 10mm into screed …. I could just gripfill the timbers to the tile floor .
  21. Yeah . That would work in theory . But I’m not brave enough for that !
  22. I think you’ll be surprised how ok it looks . Problem in offices is the ceiling tiles are usually bust / discoloured etc . You wait , you see …..
  23. Ahhh the joys of a suspended tile ceiling . I can chop and change lights and positions to suit ☺️
