I must have told my lad 110mm internal diameter 🤭 this is mind just a lightweight prototype print: That's obviously a 45⁰ bend rather than as 90 but it's just proof of concept. The pipes will run through it within rockwool type insulation.

Not necessarily... My EV charger required a DP (double pole) RCBO, which that Contactum one isn't, then that it be Type C which that one clearly isn't and also be bidirectional which again, that isn't. I guess different chargers might ask for something different...

Would these corrugated stainless pipes do as the interconnects at the top of the panel between panels 1 and 2 then panel 2 and 3? https://ebay.us/m/hHy3Fm Various sizes. I presume I just equally space my panels on the rail and pick the right length /end fitting pipe? Then the pipes through the roof at each end of the array, same stuff or copper? A lad I'm talking to on another forum reckons he's used copper throughout, his system has been up and running 12 years with no issues.

Something like this probably. I'm not BUYING a proper flashing. Going to wet diamond drill the tile and 3D print flashings. All glued down with CT1.

I have a mate, a slightly special, albeit fully qualified and insured tree man. He's itching to sort all my trees out which is happily let him do but for the cost even at mate's rates. My beech is immense!

It'll be in the charger installation manual. Dedicated to my EV charger I have a 40A, bidirectional, double pole, Type C, 30mA RCBO.

I presume you ideally have to change all your RCBOs to bidirectional? My new garage board is all RCBO, bidirectional, double pole, SPD bells and whistles. PV will go on the garage. I'll have to check what I fitted to the slightly older board in the house though I don't think that'll matter as the PV with be the Henley side of the house cu.

My current charger isn't bidirectional. It's an Indra and I see they're working on them.
