Took a chance on a used Wagner 3.21. It’s the Eu model of the Titan 440.

I tried to buy the Titan 440 but shipping was a lot more than eBay quoted.

This is the problem with all “eco” products. I’m sure they advertise for staff that used to sell double glazing in the 80’s and 90’s. They know a high percentage of potential customers are “green” types, and try to squeeze as many ££££’s as they can.

The hose goes directly into the bucket. It’s identical to a Titan 400 just badged as Wagner for Eu and aus. Ive seen a few used machines for sale but they are £500+ and you don’t really know what you are buying. I’m considering a weekend in Vegas and bringing a Graco 390 back. Would be cheaper than buying one over here. I will be keeping it rather than selling it on.

They really saved my build. Gabions were 10x more expensive. The cages were dearer than the blocks. You can get them at 600mm wide. You could do the top course in block and lay the lawn over the Lego.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve been looking at the replacement for your model today (virtually identical). It has the added benefit of being able to accept different attachments over the one I posted. The screwfix one only has its own new low pressure attachment. Ive been told to look out for paint with the “red sprayable logo”.

The entry level Titan machines (400, 440 etc) are badged as Wagner in the Eu. That’s why Titan machines seem to have disappeared from uk websites. Annoying that Graco are so expensive here compared to USA. Dealers can’t ship to the uk either under their licensing agreement. Uncle Donald needs to sort that trade agreement.

Dewalt from screwfix is a bargain. Fires panel pins as well as staples for less than £20. Well built for the money too.

Cheapest way to do this is concrete Lego blocks. They have capping stones for the top. I done the same on a much bigger scale. Don’t need a SE design or foundation at your height if the ground is adequate. Digging could be done in a day with a digger n driver (£150).

Thanks for that. It seems the bearing is a issue and it takes 30 mins to get to it. seen one for £200 on eBay and thought it might be worth taking a chance. I’ll give it a miss. ?

Would be safer though. You would know what you are buying and it would be clean. The stuff they mix with class A’s is worse for you than the drugs themselves. Look at the Rolling Stones. Mick just fathered another kid at 70. The heroin they take isn’t the same poison smack heads on the street take. It would reduce drug related crime too. Guns, prostitution etc. Not a perfect solution but better than the current mess. The tax raised would help pay for rehab too.

Some people are predisposed to things like that. If you abuse anything it is likely to cause problems. Alcohol is by far the most antisocial and damaging drug.

Even worse it has not been prescribed once since it was legalised. Yet they are happy to hand out morphine patches and tremadol. The strong strains are ok, and don’t send you crazy like the media says.

That is more sensible than most people think. Why cannabis isn’t legal is beyond me.
